What we collect, and what we don't.

01 Who we are

IDEALS is an independent software studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we" and "IDEALS" mean the studio, and "you" means anyone visiting this website or contacting us through it.

02 What this website collects

This website has one input: the direct line on the contact section, which accepts a single value, either an email address or a phone number. If you submit it, we store that value together with the date and time it was received. Nothing else is required, and no other field is collected.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics profiling, behavioural cookies, or third-party marketing pixels on this site. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with data brokers.

03 Third parties this site depends on

The site loads fonts and a small number of front-end libraries from public content delivery networks. When your browser requests those files, the provider necessarily receives your IP address and basic request headers, as it would for any website using the same services. We do not control and do not receive that data.

The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses, timestamps, and requested URLs. These logs exist for security and reliability, not for marketing.

04 Why we hold it

We use the contact detail you provide for exactly one purpose: to reply to you, and to continue that conversation if it leads somewhere. We do not add it to a mailing list, and we do not send unsolicited marketing.

If we go on to work together, information exchanged during that engagement is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this page.

05 How long we keep it

Contact details from an enquiry that does not lead to an engagement are kept while the conversation is live and deleted afterwards. Records connected to a signed engagement are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts, and then for the period required to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

06 How it is protected

Enquiry data is stored on our own infrastructure, in storage that is not publicly reachable over the web, and is accessible only to the people at IDEALS who need it in order to reply.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is that we apply the same standards described elsewhere on this site to our own systems: few dependencies, verified backups, and monitored infrastructure.

07 Your rights

You can ask us at any time to do any of the following, and we will act on it within one working day wherever we can:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete what we hold, unless a law requires us to keep it
• Provide a copy of what you gave us
• Stop using your information for a given purpose

08 Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

09 Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried in a revision. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
